The products on this site are subject to availability. Kristen Anne Art & Craft will do its best to ensure inventory is up to date, however stock quantities may occasionally be incorrect.
The prices on this site do not include shipping.
Kristen Anne Art & Craft reserves the right to correct any information or price at any time, without prior notice.
All orders that have incorrect information or pricing errors can be cancelled by Kristen Anne Art & Craft.

Return and Refund Policy

I hope that your item will arrive in the same condition I sent it, however, should there be any problems please contact me within 24 hours to disuss. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. I make every effort to ensure your items arrive safely, however, should any damage occur, I'll work with you to resolve the issue. I do not refund for change of mind returns.

When the goods are returned and checked, your refund will be issued however the delivery cost is not refundable. Items must be sent back in their original packaging and packaged securely. It is your responsibility until the item arrives.
